Harvest Time

Hello!

Here we are in transition of seasons, in Taoist terms we just left the Heart season (the Summer) to the Spleen season, the Earth Element, Harvest time, or known as well as Indian Summer, time of deep gratitude and enjoyment for the sweetness of life!

The organs associated are the spleen and stomach, which relate to the centre of our being and has the feeling of pause before and after movement and change. The virtues are openness and serenity, grounding and centering.

Open your heart, mind and body to the flow of the abundant Mother Earth of the creative force, use Her energy to aid you, and you will be healed enough to share this energy with others. This openness will be balanced with a sense of being centered in one's own power and deeply rooted into the Earth.

Here a feeling good suggestions for the time being:

• Stop, take a deep breath, connect with the end of your left ribcage and: SMILE at your spleen and BE SERENE... call upon all the virtues of Mother Earth of openness, fairness, centering and grounding; and imagine, feel, visualize yourself expanding limitless as the Great Mother, with infinitive beauty and resources to embrace every day life gift, including the challenges that make us grow and bring us awakening.

• "Gratitude is the heart memory." - Make a list of the things you are grateful for, and from that grateful place in your heart, appreciate the treasures (people, places, situations, opportunities, etc...) you have, that make your heart smile, and appreciate even more your life and presence in this world.

I take the opportunity to express the gratitute which is filling my heart to all my students and soul sisters, for your inspirational presence, and to all who keep contributing for the expansion of our Circle in different ways.

This year the Jade Circle Tour started in March and still goes on! I had the pleasure to teach in some of the 'coolest and alternative cities' in Europe, the new ones all start in B ;) Brighton, Berlin and now Barcelona!! The last wshop for the Jade Egg Holistic Practice Initiation in Europa this year! (October I'm back in India and December Mexico Retreat!)

We had as well an amazing Summer with the Healing Tao UK (and Ireland; as we went to do a Step 3 there for the first time!), where the Jade Goddesses predominance was in all the mixed groups, Step 2, Step 3, Tai Chi Camp and this last weekend Step 4 (photo coming soon in the Healing Tao FB page).

And finishing by welcoming the beautiful new babies of this Snake year, even the ones from a few months ago, but in Portuguese we say that "the greetings are never late":

** My niece, Serena Louise who born just with the start of the day at 4.18am of 30th March, my precious gift before go to India; congratulations to my sister-in-law Sarah and brother Nuno, and thank you for make me such a happy auntie!

And the expected 100% ;) Jade Circle babies, from Jade Goddesses sisters:

** Eden Rose, who born at 10pm of 24th April; congratulations dearest Joanna and Robert!

** Orion, who born at 6.58am of 16th August; congratulations dearest Elena and Simon!

Acknowledging the fire within? ** Planetary Blessings following by the Super Full Moon***

to connect with Fire Element couldn't be in a better time with unique planetary blessings happening on Monday 29th and just after the yesterday special Full Moon, but first something to think about:

• Are you acknowledging the fire within?

Your spontaneity for living depends upon your connection to Fire.

Your ability to create pleasure adventure and excitement comes from your willingness to give yourself pleasure and joy. All that is needed to continue passion is to decide you are worthy and proceed.
Any judgements about passion in a physical level, it may be time to clear them. All acts of life are sacred when treated in a respectful manner.
Use the fire within to fuel your life with energy. This energy comes from Mother Earth's passionate physicality and Grandfather Sun's spontaneous love. When we're in balance, this Divine Union sparks our natural desire to experience life.

So what is happenning the day after the workshop?
On Monday 29th July the planets will form an almost exact Grand Sextile, which forms a 6 sided, crystalline form around the Earth with 2 interlocking triangles inside. This is the geometric form of a Stargate formed around the planet Earth by the other planets in the solar system. In another words a Star of David formed by 6 planets, and our Earth will be in the middle of it!
This is the opportunity for a direct download of galactic cosmic energy!
And the great news is these are all very positive and harmonious aspects completely surrounding the planet in a Sacred Geometric configuration. As such:
The conjunction of Jupiter and Mars is sextile to Venus, the power of beauty, on one side, and the Moon, the power of love, on the other side.
Then the planet Saturn, materialism, is sextile to Venus, power of beauty, on one side and Pluto, the planet of transformation, on the other side. This signals the power of beauty to transform materialism. Then we have the planet Neptune, the power of our highest hopes and dreams, sextile to Pluto, the planet of transformation, on one side and the Moon, the power of love, on the other side. This signifies the power of transformation to bring about our highest hopes and dreams through the power of love.

This aspect comes into play one week after the Full Moon of the Cosmic Moon, which is the last of 3 Super Moons in a row. The Super Moon is when the Full Moon falls on the day when the Moon is closest to the Earth.

Yes, Grandmother Moon smiled on us yesterday Moon day (Monday) 22 (master number

and double 2, moon number). I celebrated the magic and Feminine empowerment, which is still tingling in my body and soul! And in one of the sacred places of Ireland, with a ritual blessed by Fairyland (just after a Power of Fusion wshop, co-faciliated with my partner Kris for a mixed group in Dublin, thanks a million dearest Maire and fairy sister for the organisation).

Use your creative power and shine your light. The Moon has just entered Aquarius. This suggests that our alliances and goals are in a promising phase. Here the inspiration for this moon cycle:

** Focus on your individual needs to manifest and the freedom of your spirit... deep awareness of how your gifts and abilities can be expressed for the good of all... unlocking the 'mad scientist', put in practice all your ideas and dreams, even the more eccentric and unusual ones! Freedom for being your true self, giving permission to your mind to be limitless!...

Jade Circle ~ Welcoming the Summer within!... Love celebration***:)

Last night Jade Circle focused on welcoming the Summer within, embracing the Fire Element, with a special and truly beautiful unconditional love meditation as all present opened their hearts wide to receive and express the energy of love.

A rich and memorable evening with space for everything... besides the love, much laughter, fun, sharing & insight, practicing & inspiration to go further with personal practice and even a little hen party ;), celebrating the engagement of Carolina: all the way from Colombia!...

Nothing better to celebrate and enjoy the most of this powerful times in between solar and lunar eclipses, that the Jade Circle tomorrow, Thursday 23rd May.

I'm going to share some Kalbelian Gypsy Dance from deserts of Rajasthan, after my recent training there with Suva Devi, the famous dancer of the acclaim Latcho Drom documentary (which explains the migration of the gypsy from India to Europe and the music influence they left where they passed... their dance being the root of the 'Tribal Bellydance' in the North African, Flamenco Dance in Spain and Balkan Dance from the Gypsy of Eastern Europe).

I watched this video of Suva Devi dancing when she was a little girl and really inspired me to learn the Kalbelia Gypsy Dance. Now after 20 years, Suva has 5 children and still rocks!!... I had the pleasure to meet her last year (after looking for her for a while), and from our first connection she took me to her home, in a small village not far from the desert, where I stay living my gypsy life, immersing myself in the Kalbelia ancient and mystic culture, and so much enjoying their mesmerizing music and dance!

Aloha and Happy New Year!

With a big smile on my face I'm writing this post full of news!...

New Year with New Jade Circles and more newness that will unfold in coming months.

For now, what about the Circles?

Well I had to adjust the time of the Jade Circles sessions and their prices, so please have a look below.

This Friday 11th with the first New Moon of New Year Jade Circle Level 2, what a great start! With the empowerment of the yin peak of the moon and all the energy of new beginning it brings with her!

This New Moon is in Capricorn and here a thought for some of the things is relate to:

I'm dedicated, responsible and confident in everything I undertake; I achieve my ambitions and fulfil my destiny.

I look forward to see you and sharing the Divine inspiration, beauty and empowerment I got in this last month in Hawaii as I did a pilgrimage in name of the Jade Circle (as it started as the: Taoist Practice for Women in the path of Kuan Yin), to Goddess Kuan Yin, in a magical place, where I felt deeply touched with her compassion and light (literally as I approach her the rain stopped and the sun shone out of a cloud!)... and this Yin Power was completed when I received the Yang from the Hawaiian Goddess Pele, known as the Goddess of Fire.  I worshiped Her in Her home, Kilauae Volcano, for an empowering experience, truly blessings to add to our Circle.

And while I was there with my partner beloved Kris we did a video where you can find a bit more about us, about our sharing of the Taoist Practice. The video is up in our Universal Healing Tao FB, you can like it there and indeed the page! (It's another way to keep in touch with Jade Circle events.)

We still have a month of the Dragon year, and what a strong year!...So much transformation and awareness, sparkled with surprises bringing challenges and delights...

Last year highlights, (besides all the lovely and amazing women who I had the pleasure to meet and have in the Circles & workshops):

** Having my first student, as well dear friend, fairy sister Máire Ni Ghiobaláin qualify as a Taoist Practitioner status certified to teach Jade Circle, Kuan Yin Chi Kung and beginners Tai Chi. I'm so proud of her and happy to announce that her Jade Circle in Dublin has started already with great success!!   This year the Travelling Circle first stop will be in Dublin Jade Circle workshop back in fairyland! 

** Working, sharing the practice with pregnant women (and having a few of my dear students and friends becoming pregnant), so inspiring, I absolutely love it! And started the new year with a private session with one! 

Congratulations my dear friend, Portuguese sister Ines do Vale for giving birth to beautiful Eva yesterday, bringing so much joy and happiness to my and all the others aunties' heart! :)

I'm writing after one season with delight and excitement!

Yes, tomorrow we've a Full Moon with a Lunar Eclipse, the yin energies going to be in high!!... But as well an alchemical explosion of energy, as the Full Moon represents the yang peak of the moon and a lunar eclipse a yin one, so how appropriate for our Jade Circle to happen, for us to gather to do some Taoist & Yin Practices, of course can not loose this opportunity for us to do a Full Moon Ritual together and then celebrate this magical special moment with some Kalbelian Gypsy Dance!  

Cant wait for tomorrow, to see you all, as this will be a farewell for this intense & exciting 2012, the Jade Circle will be returning in January 2013.

And where I have been?

The Travelling Circle took me again to India, but in this journey part of the time was for me to be a student (niice!) of my Kalbelia gypsy dance and Rajasthani folk dance, as I was living in a gypsy village close to the desert, embracing my dance deeper than ever, and is with great joy I'll be sharing it with you tomorrow.  Then came straight to teach an Advance Jade Circle Practices Retreat in Scotland countryside, magicwically land in her full power, an amazing group of women with such intense, but truly beautiful days!  The welcome back to London was last week at the Jade Circles, thank you sweet Jade Goddesses! :)

Jade Circle tomorrow 12th September! 12.09.12

Dear Ladies,

Here we are in the transition of the seasons, being now in the late Harvest time, or Indian Summer, the Earth Element in the Taoist calendar, great opportunity to welcome abundance in all levels in your life, to reflect on what you got from the previous season and what you would like to get from this.  As the New Moon is approaching on Sunday, here's something to relate with this time and Element that may inspire you: Enjoying the late Harvest time!

The Jade Circle Summer was fantastic!! Wonderful, special and memorable Circles and workshops, meeting new and re-meeting lovely women. (You can scroll down and see them)

We had a great Tai Chi Camp with Yin predominance, and this extended to Step 4, for the first time the Highest Taoist practice! (You can see the photos which will be updated soon in the Universal Healing Tao page in facebook - and 'Like' us there! Another way to keep in touch, as the germination of the Jade Circle Community is in a gentle deep process).

While in Wales for the Tai Chi Camp I held a Jade Circle for the local women, hosted by Taoist friend Sam, in her cosy bell tent... a real celebration of such a group of lovely and interesting women coming together, and of course, a pleasure for me to introduce to them the Jade Egg Holistic Practice. Then as they left in the night, one of the cars just dropped the exhaust-pipe, and what was my surprise when I saw these women going down to the floor (in their dresses), and in team work in 'double quick time' just fixed the situation and as they did that, applying their new learning 'smiling & squeezing"!...hehehe... Unforgettable Wales Goddesses, Wales Jade Circle!

As I got back to London had another great pleasure of facilitating for the first time a truly special and Yin Step 3 - amazing!... Check the post below, what an experience with two pregnant ladies, and witness the immediate benefits of the Chi Kung & Tai Chi for pregnancy.

Blue Moon gathering with a few Jade Circle friends and little friend (Genesi, Jacq's daughter) in the 13 trees Druid Circle in Green Park, welcoming and celebrating this special time - was sooo niiice!

Now just get ready to return to magicawiccaly Scotland, the Jade Circle workshop is happening in the Edinburgh this weekend, then follows a launch of the Jade Circle gathering for last year and future Edinburgh Jade Goddesses!  And in November for the first time an Advanced Jade Circle Retreat is going to happen in Harry Potter land!

But before that tomorrow I look forward to see you and meet you for the Jade Circle in London!!

Amazingly bEAUtiful Jade Circle!!

I woke up this morning still vibrating with the love from last night so special and amazingly beautiful Circle!!
Welcoming the Summer within, embracing the Fire element and to make the most of it in such a small session, but so powerful!! Love creates beauty! Was so moving to feel the opening of all hearts, coming from various places (even from France, with  Stéfani coming all way!...), our unconditional love meditation was the high moment!... is no words to express what was felt in the room, maybe quoting Joanna "I felt like a rose full of beauty, full of love...".
I feel truly blessed to hold the space for such genuine feelings and experiences being shared and to witness the best of the yin, women qualities always manifesting!
Thank you to all present from the depth of my heart!  Aloha Mahalo Mahalo Aloha (in Hawaii: Thank you I Love You, I love You Thank You).

Jade Circle this Friday 29th June!

Dear Ladies,
Hope this finds well and enjoying the Summer time!
Well for the ones in UK and Ireland, its really the case to say the sun shines in our heart giving us warmth and light, as in the sky is just coming time to time to say hello! Although even when we don't see it, feel it in the sky, even behind the cloud is there smiling at us! :-)

What a wonderful welcome back!!

Thank you dear women, Goddesses, sisters for your presence in this Special Jade Circle, which so much felt as a lovely welcome back to London!
Wonderful to have a full house with beauties from all over the world; coming just not from London, but Brighton and up north...
And thank you Vicky for bringing the cake, making our Circle gathering so complete and delicious! ;) We shared, learning from each other jade egg experiences, meditate, did chi kung, (including jade gate one), pampering and hang out with our tea circle. :) Embracing sisterhood and enjoying the Divine feminine within!
