Goddess Thought

Dear Goddess,
Yes, I truly believe that every woman is a Goddess, as you represent the feminine in the mundane dimension; and you should be honoured as such; indeed you must be the first to acknowledge the Goddess you are. 

What you're about to read emerged many moons ago, but every time I read it, something is trigger in my yin essence, so is why I'm sharing with you:

The more time I spend with women, the more I find the Goddess present in each of you, makes me just not believe, but feel it, we women are a reflection of each other, representing the different manifestations of the Goddess.
I'm delightfully enjoying every moment of just being, be yin, nurturing my yin energy and receive the fruits of it with such inspiration! Delving into the mysterious feminine, allowing time for the thoughts to emerge and solidify, connecting with my inner self in such a profound way! Awakening my inner Goddess, letting my inner wisdom be my guide, and the gentleness to be in continuing action with myself and everyone and everything else.
Result of this inspiring time I'm having to prepare for the coming workshops, I'm feeling the Divine Feminine within bubbling so intensely! It's like fireworks from the depth of sacred water, like the fire shining on the ocean.

The days are dark and short...

Nature embraces the darkness 

And you, what you do?

Let's embrace it too!

 *** "All my life I had horrible menstrual pains, plus I suffer from chronic sciatica, so in my moon days (when I've my period) I vomited, I had pain everywhere in my body and I took lots of medication, including opiate medication, because is the only one that stops my pains.
I came to the Jade Circle workshop, a weekend with a group of beautiful ladies, in a safe and sacred place that really made me connect with the feminine power. We learned many exercises that we can combine and easily integrate in our life, even the simple inner smile, is something magical about it! And the kidney breathing...

When Anamarta spoke how important is to understand our (moon) cycle, get in tune with it, and the practices we can do that can really help to alleviate and even finish PMS and pains during the time we menstruate, to be honest, was hard for me to believe that could be possible and even to hear about it...

Last day of the workshop, when I arrived home: what a surprise that my period arrived and like magic I practiced what I learned (including just simple smile at the pain to melt it away, and it worked!!) and didn't have pain!! I couldn't believe!!!! I had the most wonderful period of my life! I'm so connected with myself since that day, I never experienced something like this before, my chronic sciatica pain disappeared!!! It's like a rebirth into a new fresh woman! 

Now I have been practicing everyday, and day by day I'm feeling stronger and a happiness from the moment I woke up till when I go sleep, which it's even better and so peaceful.

Beltane!

Hope you're enjoying Beltane as much I am. This ancient Celtic festival of fire, fertility and love. At the height of Spring, when all of nature bursts into blossom, we celebrate our bodies, the pleasure we can invoke in one another, and the love we can kindle.
And I am now anticipating the annual Jade Circle workshop in London - Tao of Feminine Empowerment - last places to be filled!

After the delightful Jade Circle workshops in Algarve and Lisbon, in Portugal, I came straight to the wild to celebrate Beltane in Step 5 of the Taoist Training - Tao of the Shaman.  
An exhilarating opportunity to admire nature perfect and speechless beauty, and of course take the most of the Taoist Practices! This is the path for the ones who would like to delve into themselves, the endless journey of self-discovery and continuing evaluation.
This is the door to teach the Jade Circle - Do you see yourself teaching this practices?
We would love to have more Taoist Master Practitioner sharing this self-healing and empowering practices in their communities. If you've an idea or even a dream (and the future belongs to those who believe in their dreams!) let me know, I'd be very happy to support you!
I'm sharing these wild nature vibrations with you, but I'm sure wherever you are, you can commune with nature as well. Try:
** Breath in her green, the color of health, invite into your healthy being (even if you're not at the moment, this kind of positive affirmations can be very helpful). Do a few deep breaths of cleansing green. - Be sitting on the grass or contemplating a tree can make it so really and profound, enjoy it!
***Now let this green wash your liver internally and wrap it around externally - as a beautiful green silk - Keep your liver radiant green and SMILE at your liver, breath in the green light of kindness, generosity and forgiveness...
...Remember to be truly kind towards yourself you have to accept yourself unconditionally. And the every day opportunities you've to forgive, starting with self-forgiveness, and when we can forgive the unforgivable, we are truly free, allow new experiences and energies to flow within. Cultivate your generous spirit and share it with others, with the world!

** To keep your liver even happier and in good shape, you probably already know: eat green!
Here some food which is excellent for your liver and their curious associations:

• Basil - fecundity and passion
• Sage - the soldiers of Ancient Greece were welcomed by their wives with sage tea, to stimulate fertility. In shamanic traditions sage is being used to cleansing purposes, of the space, people auras, objects and crystals.
• Asparagus - those with thick stems, pale color, and a tip somewhere between rose and purple are the most aphrodisiac.
• Garlic - it is thought to be sacred, erotic, medicinal, and restore and was for that reason given to athletes during the Olympic Games in Greece. So many curative properties are credited to it, even cases of cancer. And for clearing yeast in our genitals.
• Watercress - the Romans called "shameless" for their supposed stimulating values.

* Walk in the nature, place your feet on the earth (with bare feet for a pleasurable and deep connection with our Mother Earth), root yourself, become like a tree, grounded, in perfect harmony between earth & heaven, yin & yang. The ones who practice Chi Kung, take the most of it outdoors!

Jade Circle in Cobham, Surrey for the first time!

"The Jade Circle always leaves people smiling!"**

We had a very special evening and beautiful Circle, you can see it from our faces!...

The sharing comments of how people were feeling in the end were: happy, inspired, peaceful, relaxed, loved, wonderful, calm, at one, effervescent, aware, excited, new beginning!

This evening was hosted by dearest **Liz Kendall, Shiatsu in Surrey, who enthusiastically brought the Jade Egg Holistic Practice for a lovely, open and bubbly group of women from her community, with the youngest being 19 and oldest 67, how rich! And after all these years teaching in UK it was the most English group (almost 100%) I've had, and loved it! One more time thank you for all present Until I see you again!

Sharings & Updates

Long time, a few moons since I wrote to you!
Happy to tell you that the Blog has been updated with Travelling Circles from all over the world, if you like photos, if you like reading, just scroll down; at the foot of the page click 'older posts' to change to other page (it has a few pages).
So where have I been?
Just before India I took the Jade Circle to Barcelona! 
A great teaching experience for me has I did my first talk in Spanish! Well, Portuñol (a mix of Spanish and Portuguese); and now preparing it again for the Jade Circle Retreat, for the first time in Mexico!!...
In India I immersed myself in my Gypsy dancing life, in Rajasthan, a lovely experience filled with surprises and so rich in many levels!... Living most of the time there inside a fort (Jaisalmer, the 'Golden City') on the edge of the desert... A daily living with my Kalbeliya choti didi (little sister, Kalbeliya is the name of the gypsy tribe, caste), with whom I learned so much! We danced intensively and our 'dancing highlight' was a performance in the desert! (in a luxury tent resorts).

I also shared with my Gypsy sisters how to look after our intimate parts; how babies are made, and how you can you avoid getting pregnant, still enjoying 'our husbands'; how to keep our face wrinkle-free and young!... And I even taught breast massage, and the whole body chi self massage (you can find it in the end of this video), and all this with my very little Hindi and their little English!....

 The same with my new sisters, a tribe, caste, named Bopa, we communicate in this way... and I truly feel and believe in the language of the heart, it's how we get to know and understand each other, even when not speaking the same verbal language... ("Language of the heart" I quote the grandmother tree from the Pocahontas, yes the cartoon animation... such an inspiring and one of my favourite love stories!...).

My Bopa sisters made this journey even more meanfull, as with them I just I experienced again that those who have less are the ones who always give more. Transcendental generosity!... So beautiful and rare! The sisterhood I lived with them with will always remain in my heart, and my yin qualities of total openness (heart and mind): trusting and receiving were refined through the time we spent together. I had added a sharing in the FB page on the 4th November about "The hidden treasures are everywhere!(...)"
And here's another sharing: Living Fully in the Present! - click and enjoy! - from a few years back, but indeed a daily living!... And exquisitely felt in my travels around the world... 

So now just passing by in UK for  the next exciting upcoming events:

• Last Step 1 of 2013 is coming this weekend!! A mixed group training facilitated by my partner Kris Deva North and me.

AMAZING Advanced Jade Circle Workshop!!!

A truly amazing, beautiful, brilliant workshop!!! With so much heartfelt delight I see our Advanced Jade Goddesses walk the path of empowerment vs compassion, in the fullness of our womanhood, the true feminine power through gentleness and wisdom, trust and openess! Every year we go deeper, to develop and share new advanced practices. And what a LOVELY group of women coming from everywhere, sisterhood from the moment we sat in the Circle.  I feel so much gratitude and joy for part of the group repeating this workshop, and repeating here is just not about mastery of the practice, but from this advanced level is a continuing evolution, of ourselves, that unfolds on being in tune with one's true essence and sharing one's gifts with the world! Looking forward to our next year continuing journey! ;)
