Happy Spring Equinox!!

Spring Equinox represents the Yin Yang harmony, the moment when these energies are in balance, marks the balance point between light and dark.
New hopes, new beginnings, new relationships...the earth is reawakening. It's the seed sowing holiday! Its the fertile festival! Its the festival of Eostar, the ancient Anglo-Saxon Goddess of the Spring. Her colorful eggs are the symbols of renewed life. The fertile hare, that leaps up from the field just as the life force leaps up within us, was her sacred animal.

We're coming from the kidney season to the liver, from being (be yin) to doing (do-yin!), from the Water element to the Wood. The Wood element is the energy of birth, rebirth and renewal, the unstoppability of Life.

Smile at your liver, awaking and stimulating the kindness, generosity and forgiveness within you.
* Forgiveness is such a virtue! When we forgive we are free. We need to forgive ourselves and others to allow space for new experiences coming in into our lives.
* Generosity comes from feelings of abundance and gratitude; its about more than material exchange. True abundance is abundance of the heart- a sense of fullness that overflows in a desire to help.
* The first thing a kindness deserves is acceptance; the second, transmission.

Practice covert acts of kindness and generosity- like the girl heroine in the film Amelie, or "guerrilla gardeners"- environmentalists who go out in the middle of the night and plant flowers to beautify waste ground. Think of something you can do secretly for other people or for the world, with no thought of reward for yourself.

You can nourish your body eating more greens this season, such as broccoli, so good for your liver. And avocado - good for lust and love!!!
Spend time connecting with the Mother Earth. Walking in bare feet on the grass, nourish yourself with Earth energy. Earth-Connection gives the energy needed to use our natural gifts, abilities, and talents.

Beltane!

Hope you're enjoying Beltane as much I am. This ancient Celtic festival of fire, fertility and love. At the height of Spring, when all of nature bursts into blossom, we celebrate our bodies, the pleasure we can invoke in one another, and the love we can kindle.
And I am now anticipating the annual Jade Circle workshop in London - Tao of Feminine Empowerment - last places to be filled!

After the delightful Jade Circle workshops in Algarve and Lisbon, in Portugal, I came straight to the wild to celebrate Beltane in Step 5 of the Taoist Training - Tao of the Shaman.
An exhilarating opportunity to admire nature perfect and speechless beauty, and of course take the most of the Taoist Practices! This is the path for the ones who would like to delve into themselves, the endless journey of self-discovery and continuing evaluation.
This is the door to teach the Jade Circle - Do you see yourself teaching this practices?
We would love to have more Taoist Master Practitioner sharing this self-healing and empowering practices in their communities. If you've an idea or even a dream (and the future belongs to those who believe in their dreams!) let me know, I'd be very happy to support you!
I'm sharing these wild nature vibrations with you, but I'm sure wherever you are, you can commune with nature as well. Try:
** Breath in her green, the color of health, invite into your healthy being (even if you're not at the moment, this kind of positive affirmations can be very helpful). Do a few deep breaths of cleansing green. - Be sitting on the grass or contemplating a tree can make it so really and profound, enjoy it!
***Now let this green wash your liver internally and wrap it around externally - as a beautiful green silk - Keep your liver radiant green and SMILE at your liver, breath in the green light of kindness, generosity and forgiveness...
...Remember to be truly kind towards yourself you have to accept yourself unconditionally. And the every day opportunities you've to forgive, starting with self-forgiveness, and when we can forgive the unforgivable, we are truly free, allow new experiences and energies to flow within. Cultivate your generous spirit and share it with others, with the world!

** To keep your liver even happier and in good shape, you probably already know: eat green!
Here some food which is excellent for your liver and their curious associations:
  • Basil - fecundity and passion
  • Sage - the soldiers of Ancient Greece were welcomed by their wives with sage tea, to stimulate fertility. In shamanic traditions sage is being used to cleansing purposes, of the space, people auras, objects and crystals.
  • Asparagus - those with thick stems, pale color, and a tip somewhere between rose and purple are the most aphrodisiac.
  • Garlic - it is thought to be sacred, erotic, medicinal, and restore and was for that reason given to athletes during the Olympic Games in Greece. So many curative properties are credited to it, even cases of cancer. And for clearing yeast in our genitals.
  • Watercress - the Romans called "shameless" for their supposed stimulating values.
* Walk in the nature, place your feet on the earth (with bare feet for a pleasurable and deep connection with our Mother Earth), root yourself, become like a tree, grounded, in perfect harmony between earth & heaven, yin & yang. The ones who practice Chi Kung, take the most of it outdoors!
To learn this powerful way to get grounded and centered, or to evolve with your Chi Kung practices, we have the coming Jade Circle workshop in London, a stage demonstration in Mind Body Soul in Manchester this Saturday!

REBIRTH OF THE SELF!

Are you ready for rebirth?
This theme can be approached in various ways, but as in the Tao, you'll have your own way, according to your own needs to explore and embrace it.

And something that inspires me is the fact that every time we let go what no longer serves us we create space for new to flow and grow! As light can not exist without dark, but we can keep within the light, the very Taoist approach of transforming the negative to cultivate the positive, to live in the potential of our being, creating and enjoying the life we want to live!
Remember: "Life is full of possibilities. Every moment presents an opportunity to fulfil your wildest dreams."
With excitement and antecipation I present this workshop for all the Jade Goddesses (who have done Jade Circle Workshop)
Join me at the:REBIRTH OF THE SELF!
Sunday 9th March 2014 - 10.30am to 6pm
This special workshop is a result of a divine inspiration that flowed through me or Jade Egg, who knows, as was in the Dragon's year, (Jade being the solidified semen of a Dragon) that this inspiration emerged:
Something absolutely unique to explore the energy of the Wood Element deeper than ever, to have an introduction (or continuing evolution) of the Advance Jade Egg Holistic Practice, with Jade Egg exercises not experienced before! Integration of deep healing and insightful Shamanic Practices, from Taoist tradition and other things I grew up with and learned in my travels around the world... The rebirth ritual and journey created for the occasion - just remember one of the funniest things I heard from one of the dearest Jade Goddesses, that I was a spiritual midwife, heheheh... No, but is with deep commitment and sacredness that I'll hold the space for you to have your 'Rebirth of the Self', which every year makes me assist with all present in blossoming into the fullness of their beauty!!!
Are you getting curious to get to know more what we do?

Blossom with the Spring!

I'm quite excited writing to you and feeling these high energies in the air... Spring, the Equinox this Sunday, this energy of renewal and rebirth, and the Full Moon tomorrow will be really close to the Earth, such a powerful one, and biggest for two decades!
This Full Moon in Virgo occurs just before Ostara reinforcing this transformational energy.
How do you feel about that?
Do you noticed the changes in nature?
The trees start to sprout, the flowers blossoming, the animals getting more busy preparing their nest and making themselves heard.
Spring is coming with the wood element, plant life. The direction is the East where things begin.
** Why not start this new cycle of the year and maybe of your life with a celebration?

Different traditions emphasise that the circle is a sacred space where those present gather to encounter the Divine. In the Circle everyone is equal, 'casting a circle' (even unconsciously) creates sacred space to work, meditate, heal, create and commune with your inner self and spiritual realms.
This is just what we did last weekend, the 3-days Jade Circle workshop, the circle symbolising the mysterious feminine and allowing space for its celebration and blossoming.
Check the post below to see the beautiful and glowing faces!
  • I encourage you to cast your own circle, create and honour if you've already created your sacred space, a space just for you, and never shared except by invitation. Meditate upon the renewal and rebirth the Spring brings and the Full Moon energy in Virgo, review what you have achieved, separating the wheat from the chaff, having a sort-out of the things you want to finish and what you want to start, thinking in which area of your life you want to put your energy for it to blossom and give its fruits.
The wood element is linked with your liver and its virtues of kindness, generosity, forgiveness, self-acceptance, and in sexual terms - desire.
How do these virtues speak to you at this moment?
  • Look inward into your liver and give it a smile; and with the smile on your face breathe in the green light of the ancient healing forest and claim these virtues, listen what they say to you...
"Constant kindness can accomplish much." Starting with kindness towards yourself.
"Remember that generosity is a talent and a virtue that comes from dropping the fear of scarcity and from trusting Great Mystery" Jamie Sams.
Forgiveness starts with self-forgiveness, and we forgive we're free...
By finding self-acceptance, acknowledge all aspects of your self, just not your personality, but also your body, accepting yourself as you are with all your perfection and imperfections, you can embrace your potential and inspire others to do it as well.
When fulfilling our deepest desire, we feed our heart and soul.
Daily we have opportunities to practice all these virtues!

Every little helps. Sending love & light to Japan.
With a click to make a donation, please feel free to spread the word, together with the love & light from our hearts.

My partner Kris gave an interesting interview on Paranormal Radio click here to hear, where he talks about Taoism, the shamanic and sexual practices, astral travels, from his new ebook Taoist Medicine Wheel - Tao of the Shaman.

HAPPY SPRING & FULL MOON! :)

Happy Spring and Full Moon!
I'm quite excited about our first full moon of Spring, the Storm Moon rains upon us, fertile and strong, launching on the moon day, today! The full moon in Libra is promoting the energies of balance and fairness.
Seeds awaken, pushing roots into dark earth. Shoots push up into the light, and sap rises as trees break into leaf.
Day and night are balanced now. Justice means balance- balancing one set of needs against another, balancing what we take with what we give.
Spring is in the air!
Can you hear the birds singing until late or really early morning?
The earth is prepared for planting. Is the self, yes yourself, ourselves, ready to change and grow?
Spring is great to nourish your dreams that may grow strong and healthy, creating and producing the magical life you have envisioned. I always have this waking dream of what I really want ... Try it:
  • Imagine waking up to find that your most cherished dream, goal has been achieved, as if by magic. How might you recognize that this happened? How would your life and surroundings have changed? Looking into the future, even as a fantasy game, can help you to define your priorities and focus on your dreams. "The future belongs to those who believe in their dreams".
***A great crystal ally for this Spring: green aventurine or in India named Indian jade.
Green Aventurine’s essence is that of the spring bursting forth after a long, dark winter. It frequency stimulates renewal on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. It balances yin-yang energy and stimulates life force, increasing physical and vibrational vitality.
This 'fresh' stone of optimism and zest of life, helps one move forward with confidence into new life situations and assists in embracing challenging issues, finding hope, optimism, and joy in daily life.

We are now in the wood element season, with the energy of birth, rebirth and renewal, the unstoppability of life, the bursting of bud through bough. This vibrant and innovative energy gives inspiration! The organ is the liver, the virtues of kindness, generosity, forgiveness, self-acceptance and desire. The color is the green, the color of health! The direction is the east where things begin. The guardian totem is the Dragon and the correspondent planet Jupiter (which has such a powerful influence in our planet!).
  • One good thing you can do for your liver in the springtime is a detox. I'm starting mine in a few days! And now is a excellent time for it, in the waning moon, between the full moon and dark moon, new moon (next is on 14th April), our body is naturally taking out, purifying, detoxing; usually people can feel less hungry! This is as well a good time for healing.
Enjoy the springtime and have a happy Easter! Ostara is the time of hope, joy and share good fortune. The tradition of decorating and offering eggs. Why not give a special attention to your Jade Egg? ;)

SHARING

Namaste from India!
Here I'm in India to share the sacred Jade Holistic Egg Practice in the Himalayas hills, in the sacred BuddhaHall, in Bagsu, Dharamsala, hosted by the Indian teacher and healer Usha-ji.

This Spring is being so flourishing!
Id like to share with you what other lovely women Ive been shared with me, contributing to the wisdom, beauty and richness of our Circle.
The beautiful Jade Circle logo was kindly designed by Liz Peart.

"Stories are medicine. They have such power; they do not require that we do, be, act anything- we need only listen." Clarissa Pinkola Estes the author of "Women Who Run With The Wolves- contacting the power of the wild woman", such an inspiring and enjoyable book, a gift received from dear Sarah, my sister-in-law.
I received a wonderful story about a girl, I attached it in the newsletter, is long, but worth to read it. If you want to receive it just email me. Here a taste of it:

"The Circle was so special all the women told me things that I didn't know i had. I will never forget it in all my life. (...) The circle was glowing with light and it was beautiful. (...)     Alicia knows inside that the old ways, the sacred ways are coming back. That this is how it could be, for all girls, becoming woman... everywhere."

Sharing is such a precious and natural gift. The true Yin nature is open to receive, and when we receive we give, completing the energy's cycle, everything that goes around turns around.
Let me share the medicine of one of my totems, Otter-Woman Medicine, from the Medicine Cards by Jamie Sams.
The beauty of a balance female side, the side of ourselves that creates space for others to enter in our lives without preconceptions or suspicions. This teaches us that balanced female energy is not envy or catty; it is sisterhood, content to enjoy and share the goodness with others, express joy for others.
Woman energy without games or control is a beautiful experience, it is the freedom of love without jealousy.
You might look at the joyfulness of the receptive side of your nature. Have you given yourself a gift recently? Have you received any messages in your dreams, thoughts, meditations? Flow with the water of the Universe...this is the way of balanced female-receptive energy. Honor it! In doing so, you will discover the power of woman.

And about the Tao? Tao means the way...and each of us finds our own.
You already know the secret...Smile!
Smile at all your organs, giving special attention to your liver this Spring!
Here the liver sound to keep it clear and radiant.
Breath out SHHHHHHHHH as you release anger, greed, envy and jealousy.
Breath in the healing green light of kindness, generosity, forgiveness, self-expansion and identity.
The posture, if you want to add the liver meridian stretch: raise your arms and clasp above your head, lean right, look up.

Please feel free to share your thoughts, stories, ideas, inspirations...I'm always happy to hear from you!
