Ancient Secrets For Modern Women

What were those ancient secrets that gave the ladies of the Imperial Court their amazing sexual energy, health, pleasurable and juicy life?
Where did they discover the  secrets for healing and rejuvenation?
How did they maintain this at the physical level, with revitalised sexual organs; at the emotional level with inner harmony; at the energetic level, with power to direct and recycle their energy?
And how do we modern women learn those secrets, closely guarded for four millennia?

We women of today, so busy managing our careers, children, partners, and so on, are often more in tune with our energy of doing, our yang energy: important and necessary but sometimes at the expense of being, the yin aspect, with time to acknowledge emotions, being in stillness, honouring our feminine way.

The approach to life in those days was ‘make the most of it: we are all entitled to 100 years of health, or more.’  Where, they asked, does the business of life begin?  And end?  Conception, birth and death all happen in the bedchamber.

Sexual energy has power to create life, but that is not always the purpose of having sex. So, if you are not going to create a new life, you can use that same energy to enhance your own.

Borrowing those ancient practices we turn inward, to balance doing with being, yang with yin.

The deepest secret, known only to the Empresss and concubines, strengthens internal muscles, awakens pleasure spots, increases sensitivity, and intensifies pleasure.  A pure form of yang chi, placed in the most yin part of the body, is reputed to create a harmonious balance of yin and yang, minimising PMS and menopause syndromes: the Jade Egg, considered in the Kuan Yin shamanic tradition to be the crystallised semen of Dragons!
